Chosen Solution
When I insert a CD, it will not play. The display says “reading”, but no sound comes out. The CD plays fine on my computer, but doesn’t work on this system. I have tried this with multiple CDs, and the same thing happens to all of them.
The system may be muted, or the speakers may be malfunctioning. Check the troubleshooting guide under the “CDs will not read” section for possible solutions.
