We have completely reinstalled the system but I have a Play 1 speaker where the light is red and won’t go away. As such, it is not working. Was hoping I could send in for repair or get replacement.
Same issue Geoffrey….did you fix it? Have tried plugging direct into router to no avail, so obviously WIFI receiver is not the issue. Sonos 1 is not compatible with Play 1…so looks like I have to replace both surrounds….and will have a spare Play 1
