Why won’t the receptical port accommodate the charger.
Marilyn Emry there are a few possibilities. It could be due to a bad connector on your charging cable. TRy a different one and see if that fits better. If a new one still does not work it is possible that this is an issue with the female connector on your phone. We would need to know the exact model for your phone so we can check if replacements are available and the extent of the repair.
