The connection worked previously, I have no idea what has changed. The PC sees the speaker, but the speaker doesn’t play. I tested the PC with AUX cable which works, I am also able to connect the speaker through Bluetooth on my phone. I have checked all my PC settings and have no idea what else to look. Help!
In my case, the computer was able to identify the speaker but it would not connect, giving a message that the device was not responding. After trying a number of other possible fixes, such as deleting it from the computer memory, rebooting the computer, turning off the firewall, I turned off the speaker and even disconnected it from the USB cable. I let it sit, powered down, for about 3 minutes, and then restarted the process. It connected without a problem.
