When I try to sign in it won’t load my account
Hold the controller sync button and the disc eject button and tap the power button to turn your Xbox on. Wait for two power up tones and then release. You will now get in the troubleshoot menu. Click factory reset and then keep account and games and wait till it finishes, this should fix it.
