My daughter cracked the screen. I replaced it. It was working I tried some apps it was charging then my daughter got on it and it was at 12% and still on charger it went off and won’t come back on it does not even show a battery symbol when charging.
@kastall you’ll have to recheck your work and see if the ribbon cables are still connected etc. There is always the possibility that the replacement LCD has failed. Also, if you have a USB AMMETER see if the tablet actually charges by pulling some amps. That would give you a pretty good indication that it is just the display that is not working.
