I downloaded apps on my new tablet but it will not run apps, it keeps getting stuck after opening app, then goes back to home screen or freezes.
Try hard resetting your tablet to rule out a software issue. Hard resetting your tablet will erase all of it’s data and settings. Back up all of your data before proceeding.
