I ordered both the pentalobe and the Phillips 000 screwdrivers in order to repair my charging port, and I got the external outer screws off, but now when I am trying to take the screen, or any other part off, the Phillips is not working.
Buy yourself a good quality screwdriver - it’s well worth the investment. Sometimes a Phillips 00 screwdriver is better, as long as you are careful. Can you check the heads of the screws to insure that they are not stripped? Ie you cannot make out the ‘add’ symbol on them
