I charged my device when I received it, but doesn’t stay on for 5 hours like it’s supposed to. Is it defective? What should I do?
Hey Abigail! Before you even start using the player you need to charge the player for at least 7 hours. The device should not be used during the charging process. Also, when you want to charge the device after you have used it, make sure it is off when it is plugged in so that it can charge properly and completely.
