My phone fell when I went to the store yesterday and landed on the screen. I have a screen guard on so the screen didn’t get damaged. But the phone went off when it fell and won’t turn on since. At first I thought the battery might be drained but when I tried charging it, the charging light didn’t even come on. I’ve even tried doing a soft reset and nothing worked. Please help me..
Try open up back glass and check battery connector cable. It might be not properly attached due to the fall. I have same problem before with xperia z and i only need to make it intact back. You may need heatgun or hairdryer to open backglass
