I was on the Twitch app and all of a sudden my phone froze, then cut off like my battery was dead but my phone was at 30% . After that, I tried turning it on. The apple logo will pop up and then it’ll just be a blank screen. I let it sit on the charger for about an hour to make sure its charged. Still wont come on. I tried hard resetting it and it still shows the blank screen after the apple logo pops up. I don’t know what else to do.
There could be a number of factors that cause this issue. If you have a windows machine, I would download iTunes and 3uTools to see if you can restore it. If you don’t have any tools to fix it, you might have better luck leaving it with a reputable independent repair shop. I would check the charge port with an amp meter to see if it has any kind of life in it and test TriStar to make sure that’s working as well. Then I would go ahead and check the battery and other components to see if it powers on. Some repair shops will have a DC power supply so they can try to power up the phone without a battery. It comes in handy to see what the phone does while it’s trying to boot or if there’s a short before trying to power it on.
