Samsung Galaxy Young 2 Phone completely dead. Won’t take charge either. Not had any accidents or incidents which may have caused it.
dcd1978 just like any other phone that does not start up, you want to start looking at the simple stuff first. Start with a new battery. It is possible that the old battery no longer takes a charge. If that does not work, you want to check your charger and the cable you use to charge. Make sure that they are in working condition. After that you will have to open your phone and take a look at the motherboard etc. for issues. It could be the charging port but you will determine that when you have a new battery.
