Hi, my phone won’t show when I’m calling someone, it just rings. If they don’t answer it will flash green at the top and won’t let me hang up. I’ve tried resetting, updating, looked at settings but nothing seems to be working. Can someone help?
Well I’ll try but I was guided thru in Norwegian so let’s hope I use the correct terms. Go to settings Then to Apps Show all apps Show systems processes Select Telephone (or maybe called phone?) Select data storage The press remove data Close and restart Then it worked for me, phone works ok. I don’t know what kind of data was removed in the process, but the Huawei service man assured not dangerous. About this being caused by some Google update he did not seem too sure abt that. Good luck
Just got it fixed by Huawei support. Allegedly it had something to do with a Google update Had to go i to apps and reset phone.
