My Nokia N96 worked great then suddenly wouldn’t recharge. Charger and battery check out OK but not the little tabs the battery fits into. Can this be repaired? Is it something I can do on my own?
Its something inside the phones circuit board. If its under warranty, you can go here to request a repair. This is assuming that the phone runs fine with the battery in it (charged, of course) A workaround is to have a separate charger for the phone (PITA but, if its out of warranty and you don’t want to pay to repair…) Heres a charger.
