It was working normally before and when I got home to charge it it showed the symbol for charging except it wasn’t actually charging. Help.
Hi @bokchoyld, Power off your device, plug in the charger, then turn on your phone. It will continue charging until you unplug it. You will have to do this every time you charge your phone. If you need any help please reply to this answer. Thanks, John
