Chosen Solution
I recently just upgraded, and I activated my new phone (iPhone 5s). I tried to reset my old iPhone 4s, but it wouldn’t let me sign in to iCloud to delete it, even though I was already signed in. I typed in the correct password the verify that I wanted to reset it, but it just wouldn’t let me. I tried turning off find my iPhone as well, but the same problem happened.
Go on a regular computer and go to icloud.com and release, device Then go and plug it in and put in dfu mode
I connected my iPhone 4s to restore it but and error message popes saying an unknown error occurred what can I do to restore it with iTunes
