Every time I turn it on, my nook says do not turn off because it’s installing new software. But then it says please restart your device and try again. When I do, nothing changes. What do I do?
Have you tried a force reset. Hold the power & home button at the same time until you get “power down” screen turn off wait 20 seconds and turn back on.
