I haven’t used my Nintendo switch for a while. And it shows the charging thing in the corner but it won’t show the home screen but it’s a bright black screen and it won’t work. And every time I try to turn it on if just flashes back to the bright black screen. And it won’t show that’s charging it just shows that it’s dead.
You are saying there is light coming from screen, if so it sounds like it is frozen, so hold the power button for around 12-15 seconds until you cannot see the light any “bright black light” once that happens, let go of the power button and then press the power button again to power unit back on.
