My MINI JAMBOX is not responding in any way. When I plug it in to try to charge it nothing happens. Ive tried multiple USB connection cables so the issue lies somewhere in the MINI JAMBOX.
My Jawbone Jambox wasn’t responding (no charge light, unresponsive to on/off switch). I fixed the issue by doing the following: Ensured power switch was offHeld down the round button on topPlugged in a powered USB charging cable Now it’s working 100% as expected. HTH.
Hey I’ve just received my mini jawbone and it didn’t response anymore once it ran out of battery. I tried charging it from my laptop, but after almost 2 hours of apparent loading ( the red light was blinking all the time) I still couldn’t turn it on. I tried then with my phone wall charger and it worked right away. Don’t panic. Best
It sounds like your MINI JAMBOX is not holding a charge. If you’ve tried multiple USB cables with no results then the issue could be with the USB port itself. This port is not too difficult to replace if you follow this guide: USB/Auxiliary Port

My mini jambox will not charge via a pc’s USB port but it charges fine with wall chargers and portable USB charger battery packs. It is extremely annoying but try and use a USB wall charger, see if that works.
My minijambox won’t turn on ? I let it charged for hours , But still nothing happens ….
My mini jambox didn’t turn on. I tried charging it but nothing happened the red light was blinking all the time, sometimes the white light Tried to charge again and RED I still can’t turn on What should I do?
My mini jambox got wet and it does turn on but it doesn’t charge. When I plug it the red light turns on but the speaker overheats. I took it to a repair center and they said the board is damaged. If I change it, would that fix the issue?
If you update the software on the box it takes a good 20 minutes and it is not apparent that anything is happening. Twice I thought my units were bricked. But each time the came back. Plug it into your PC run the voice changer and see if that fixes it.
I found the whole process to be very frustrating, but it was worth sticking to it as the results were an updated mini jambox. I gave up doing this on my Mac as there was not enough feed back as to what was happening. I switched to a PC running Windows 10. There I downloaded and installed the updater from the Jawbone site. From there just use the downloaded app to choose your device (this will take you back to the web to pick mini jambox. Choose one of the voices (even if you don’t want to change the voice; there is an original voice option). Download that “voice” JBZ file. Then go back to the app and the choice to update from the JBZ file should be ungreyed out. Plug the minijambox into your PC (while turned off; even if it seems bricked and won’t turn on). Select update the JBZ file from the app and wait. This may take a while and the mini jambox will not show any activity. You can check on the progress by hovering your mouse pointer over the app icon. When it reaches 100%, your mini jambox off-on button should be ringed in white and all the new features active.
Well, since about a month I have not been able to make my speaker work, I was trying to update firmware but the cable cut off the data transmission for a moment. So when I try to start it on it says “something is not working right please login at jawbonedotcom and connect your speaker” and goes white and red flashing. The problem resides in how when I connect it it is actually shown on my devices as “Jawbone MINIJAMBOX” but it is not actually detected by Jawbone updater. Is there someway to force the firmware installation? or something that may help, please say it to me instantly if so.
I have a problem with my mini jambox .power off and volume buttons are not working and it won’t turned off please help…
