I opened my macbook pro suspecting that it has a swollen battery. I was wrong. The battery was not swollen and nothing else inside the Mac looked damage. another issue I have occuring is that the usb ports don’t work, my keyboard and trackpad don’t work despite me installing a new flex cable, and It can’t connect to the wifi but can connect to bluetooth devices.

Just because the battery isn’t swollen doesn’t mean there’s an issue with it. If it’s not holding a charge it’s most likely related to the battery. Over time they degrade and slowly lose their capability of holding a charge so they need replacement. If you can, install coconut battery and tell us what the design capacity is at.
