Chosen Solution
I went to restart my laptop and it was installing a software update but then it just stopped and won’t turn on. It’s charging. The battery was full and the green light is still on if you go to charge it. What do I do?
Beware this Solution may cause data loss! OK. So if it is still stuck hold down the power button until it shuts down. then start it up like normal.
