When I charge my LG G Pad 8.3 to full power, it loses charge very quickly! How can I remedy this problem?

First try holding down the power button. If that doesn’t work, hold the power and volume button for 20 seconds. This is the same as removing a battery. I have been struggling with this forever and I finally fixed it…. Get an ANKER brand charger. I got it from amazon for about $10. It works! No error message and charged fast!!!!
