Chosen Solution
My laptop was on and then it suddenly went off. When I press the power button it flashes 5 time but doesn’t power up, the charging light doesn’t come on when plugged in. Any help on how to fix this problem would be great thank you.
Have you tried wiping off the battery contacts with alcohol? How about your charger /adaptor if all trhee are good then your last chance will be the battery do you remember dropping it? When a battery falls a lot of rimes will get ruined, hope i was of help
