I had this laptop for over a year now, and it randomly just doesn’t turn on. I didn’t use it for 3 days and left it charging and when I want to use it. It didn’t turn on, I unplugged it and plugged it back. Nothing, I tried the battery reset. Still nothing. There is no lights, no motherboard turning on and no fans on. Please help. (Btw this is a AN515-54)
If the laptop suddenly doesn’t turn on, and there are no lights, then it may not be charged. Try making sure that all the parts of the AC adapter are securely connected together. Remove the battery and put it back in (if the laptop will allow). Then plug one end of the adapter into the laptop firmly, and plug the other end into a different electrical outlet than before. If this doesn’t work, then replace the adapter first. Then replace the battery.
need to plug the charger into your acer nitro 5 until you hear click sound TWICE, most people were tricked by the first click sound and thought that was enough to plug the charger while in truth it need to plug till the second click sound appear.
