I powered on my laptop in my home and everything appears to be normal, but when I go to open up a web-browsing application, the web page states that I do not have an Internet connection. I have never had an issue with my router, but I did reset it just in case. Any advice?

Double check to make sure your computer has it’s Wi-Fi turned on. Go to the bottom right of the task bar and click on where the Wi-Fi icon should be. Make sure airplane mode is turned off, and the Wi-Fi is turned on. If there is no mention of Wi-Fi anywhere then your Wi-Fi card may be defective. Go to our troubleshooting page for more information.
