Hello! I have a problem with a newly purchased set of joycons. They’re syncing in “handheld” mode and can be used but the switch body/system doesn’t recognize them when I attach them to the switch itself. How can this be fixed?
Morning from Australia, Have you checked your connections within the device? Have you taken this device apart and reconnected the cable> Is it one side or is it both? Have you tried disassembling the joy con and checked there? Hopefully these give you some ideas
