Hey everyone, I just bought an iphone on ebay, and it doesnt turn on. The internals are 100% fine, it just has no signs on life with a brand new screen I just put on it. Any ideas?
Can you get it to connect to a computer? Hold down the power button. (i know) It may seem a bit rude to ask that. But i know some people that have forgot to hold down the power button before. Try tilting the charger a bit while plugged in to make sure it has a good connective current. If that doesn’t work, this is a great troubleshooting guide.
Check your LDI indicators to see if your device is liquid damaged. They are little white bars that turn red in contact with a liquid.

never buy a used phone that dosent turn on. especially iphones, because most likely even if you get it to power on the old owners apple id (icloud account) will still be logged in. and if thats the case the phone is a paperweight to anyone but the original owner. i would just open an ebay return and be done with it.
