I’ve already tried deleting the apps and reinstalling and rebooting my phone. Could it have something to do with water damage
Water damage can cause all sorts of random issue, but this sounds more like a software problem. I would backup the phone via itunes and restore it afterwards. Try to record a video and play it before reinstalling your back up. If it still does not work, then there is a hardware issue in the board, but this problem sounds like a software issue.
