I have a 32GB 10" Envizen tablet model EVT10Q. It seems as though the charging port is loose and it will not take a charge. I have tried several different chargers to no avail. The charging notification does come on temporarily (for literally 1-2 seconds) when I move the cord around, but it will not charge. It also isn’t recognized by my laptop when I plug it in via USB port. I’m extremely tech UN savvy so I’m really unclear if I could just buy a wireless charging mat and solve the problem or? I have no idea how to find out if my device is even compatible with on of those chargers. Please Help!!!
save your money on the pad the Envizen is not compatable with them. I’m searching for a replacement charging port but having a really hard time finding one. Sounds like yours needs replaced, also. Good luck.
I opened the case and found a loose charge port. broke loose from the solder, needed resoldered. took it to a local phone repair shop and he soldered it in. cost was 65.00 If it wasn’t for the free data for life I would just replace it instead of repairing it, Hope this helps you. Fran
I got mine fixed. Took the case apart and found loose charge port. Took it to a local phone repair shop and he soldered it in. If it wasn’t for the free data for life I wouldn’t have had it fixed as it cost me 65.00
