Chosen Solution
I have Tracfone and I can make calls and send texts while the WiFi on my phone is off. But when I turn my WiFi off and try to use my data, nothing works. This is a new phone I got today, I switched my SIM card from my Samsung Galaxy a10e. Please help.
Go into settings / Mobile and make sure mobile data is on. It is probably turned off.
