Chosen Solution
So I turned my Lenovo T420 ThinkPad off and when I tried to switch it on it went directly to the Boot Menu. I have tried all the options that it provides, but once I select an option it jumps back to Boot Menu. I even tried escaping. Nothing worked, then I tried going to the BIOS Setup Menu, which it allowed me to, but changing the settings there didn’t help anything. I have tried restarting and nothing seems to work. Please help me. I want to be able to use my laptop.
First we need to identify its a hardware error or software error. For hardware error you can visit service center. but for software error boot into bios and delete all the removable devices from boot menu. Now, set primary bootable drive to the hard drive of the computer. and try to restart by pressing f8.
