Chosen Solution
I turn on my Mac Pro 2.1 2007 and everything turns on (fan, LEDs) but it gets stuck at a black screen. I’ve replaced hard drives, the motherboard, and the processor but nothing seems to work, what’s wrong?
Probable video card issue. First reseat the card. Next try another card.
