I have a Blu studio 5.0 ll and everytimes I tries to turn it on it won’t turn on all the way it’ll come on and stops at BLU.. Please help if you know whats going on thanks
It looks like the problem might be within the motherboard or the battery. In order to fix this, the motherboard and/or battery will have to be replaced. Visit the Troubleshooting page and repair guides for additional information.
check the voltage on your battery likely it is shorted and pushing to much voltage see it all the time
I dropped my blu cell phone bottom side first on a can of Lysol now it doesn’t turn on, or power up.
Blue phone turn on and off screen wore come in
my battery is new and the same still occurs….
