Chosen Solution
I was on my way home from the airport yesterday and my Blackberry Z10 died at 20% which would normally last me at least an hour. I got home hoping that once its plugged in it will turn back on but nothing happened no orange or red LED to show signs of charging or booting. I thought maybe it was completely drained so I left it for two hours but still nothing. I used different chargers nothing, I then used my own charger on other phones they worked with it perfectly. Does anyone know any possible problem and solution or how it could be fix !?!?!?
It’s possible that all this is a battery related issue, and you just need to replace your battery.
The USB port is most likely damaged. I’ve only worked on the STL100-1 and STL100-3. Please see the photos of the pinouts below. STL-100-1
