Hi, I have a Gateway laptop nv55c26u and sometimes when I plug it in to the charger the blue power light and orange battery light start blinking, which makes my laptop stop charging. What could be causing this?
@rachellea95 this could be a battery issue. I would replace the battery and see if that will help. Otherwise you are looking at motherboard issues with the charging circuit.
