My ball stops when pulling back on the vacuum. Why will it not spin all the way?
kral0826 , The video below will show how to disassemble your Dyson to see if there is debri/string wrapped around the balls axle preventing it from rotating properly. Or it could be a broken gear as shown in the last video. Good luck.
