I know that this is listed under backbeat fit but I didn’t see the option to choose the backbeat go 3 which is what I am having difficulties with. It will still charge and when I connect it to the charger, it shows that it has a full battery. No buttons are stuck, and I know that it hasn’t been exposed to any type of water damage. When I try to hold the power button to turn it on, the headphones simply won’t turn on. Any ideas?
I have the same issue. The headphones are less than a month old and will not power on. The charging status shows fully charged and when I plug in the charger the red light keeps flashing without ever turning blue.
Have you checked the status of them using the Plantronics App?
