Hello I have a problem with my alpatronix AX410 Bluetooth speaker since the day i got it I haven’t charge it and it was working fine until the battery died and when I plug in e charger the LED light up into a Orange color thinking it was charging left it for an hour came back it was still the same orange color and when i press the power button it won’t turn on for some reason I change the USB charger multiple times and it stilnwont turn on do you people have any idea to what’s wro with IIT?
Hi, It takes between 6-8 hours to fully charge the battery the first time. After that, the time taken to charge the battery depends on how far the battery is depleted. The USB charger has a charging rate of 0.5A and since the speaker’s battery is rated at 3000mAH it could take over 3 hours to fully charge if the battery was a 50 % for example. Try leaving the charger connected for at least 6 hours and see if it works after that. If it still doesn’t, then how old is the speaker? There is a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on the speaker. If it is less than 12 months old, verify the purchase date as per the purchase receipt and if the warranty period is still valid, consult the warranty statement found in the User Guide as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
