I have a couple bad keys on my keyboard. Nothing I’ve seen online shows how to replace just the keyboard, but I see a lot of keyboards available for purchase but haven’t been able to find a single tutorial on keyboard replacement. Has anyone successfully replaced the keyboard on this model?
Here is the service manual for your laptop: https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/inspiron… Page 110 has the info on the replacement. It’s not just the keyboard but the keyboard assembly, which is huge pain. You will have to basically disassemble the entire laptop.
