Chosen Solution I dropped my controller recently and I thought it was fine until this morning, it wont respond when I try to click it s.lloyd42 possibly a broken analog stick or broken connections on the circuit board. Chosen Solution Hi, my xbox one wont turn up anymore. Pressing the power on button u just hear the beep Sound. And you can keep pressing you will just hear the beep sound, and nothing happening. I tried cleaning it and put new thermal paste, switching the power brick with a well working one, but nothing changes. Most likely the HHD inside has corrupted or died. Chosen Solution I got an adapter for the projector to hook to the computer, I tried both a USB and a HDMI adapter but still can’t get the computer screen to show on the projector screen. Wondering if the projector is just too old. This projector looks like it has only a VGA input which will require that you have an adapter that converts the signal from HDMI to VGA. Chosen Solution TV is Samsung UE55JU6400k. I switched tv of then went on holiday for 2 weeks. Returned and it would not power on. Standby blinks red every 2 seconds for about 10 seconds. I powered of then on and held the back of tv standby button pressed for 30secs. no good. Removed power board. Belled out the fuse and its fine. Resoldered the surge Cap (WMR 14d751k capacitor VX801S) and fuse joints in case of a dry joint....
Chosen Solution So I ended up with my sister’s old Xbox One bc they couldn’t get it to work and the family cat peed on it. I managed to get it working after disassembling it and generally cleaning everything the first time. It worked for about 2 hours, visuals and audio shut off and went to a no signal screen, and wouldn’t come back on again. Took it apart again, deep cleaned everything including the fan, motherboard, and lightly the heat sink with 91% isopropyl (light corrosion on the metal rungs) then 5% acidity vinegar on the metal panels on the places it was severely corroded and rusted under the heat sink from the pee (thankfully nothing on the motherboard or important bits besides the bottom of the xclip)....
