Chosen Solution I shut my computer the other day, and when I opened it back up the next afternoon, the screen was black. The first time, I followed this guide (http://osxdaily.com/2014/11/22/fix-macbo…) and when I got to the part of resetting the PRAM, that seemed to fix it as the grey screen finally appeared. The second time it happened about a week later, I followed the same guide and the PRAM reset did not work....
Chosen Solution I have a Wacom Intuos Pro Small Bluetooth tablet, and its been great so far but infortunetely my cat spilled juice all over it and it hasn’t been working since. I actually tried pooring water on the effected areas and it did work for a while, but it eventually stopped working again, how do I fix this? I can’t open it either. Hi @leowashere , The impurities in the juice and the water causes corrosion and provides circuit paths for the electricity which were not in the tablet’s operating design and could damage the components....
Chosen Solution I dropped my ps4 like 4 weeks ago and it got a crack under the power button and after the fall the performance was good but now 3 days ago a power outage happened and the performance got very laggy and a day after the power outage the ps4 crashed and when i turned it on it said to insert usb with reinstallation for version 9.60 or later and i did but it didnt work....

Chosen Solution this is a 2008 black MacBook. at first it was just a screen panel replacement and HDD to SSD upgrade. the battery was dead so I had only booted it plugged in. ordered new battery. it shows up as installed and shows % and everything but wouldn’t charge and as soon as i unplug, it dies. no light on magsafe. I tried 2 different magsafe and 2 different 1185 batteries....
Chosen Solution Hi there I am currently having a problem with the Yamaha PSR-S900 keyboard whereby it is making a crackling noise and the buttons are flashing, screen is flickering etc. It seems to make this crackle at the same level regardless of what I am doing on the keyboard. The keyboard functions still just with this crackle and flickering lights/display. I’ve already replaced the power unit but it still has the same problem....
Chosen Solution My xbox controller keeps disconnecting. It can happen every 30 seconds or every 5 minutes. Ive also tried with other controllers and charged batteries. But no matter what i try controllers still disconnect. Hi I usually work on things other than Xbox’s but I do know after working on PlayStation controllers that there is usually a little hole on the back that you can insert a sewing needle into the back of and press and hold a Little button on the bottom of it to reset it,it usually takes about 10 seconds This is what I find usually works in PlayStation controllers Hopefully this helps Thanks:-)...
Chosen Solution Why fan motor gets hot an stops working Hi @gurlygurl4658 , Does it get hot and stop on all 3 of the speed settings? I don’t know how your particular fan is wired but if it only does it on one speed setting it may be that there is a faulty capacitor connected to the switch for that one speed which may allow extra current to flow through one of the fan motor windings making it get hot....

Chosen Solution Service provider said to go to settings and change to channel 1, 6, or 11; how do I did that on my Sony laptop computer? To change the channel, you look for the ip address listed somewhere on the router itself. It should look like this: 192.168.xx.xx There should also be a username and password listed there as well. Once you take note of those, go to the ip address in your browser(like type it in your address bar) Then you will have to go to the page that says “wireless settings” or the similar and change the channel....
Chosen Solution I purchased a new Airport card for an A1261 Macbook Pro off this site. The previous card would shut itself off usually within a minute of booting, and then would get stuck in ‘Off’. Turn WiFi On would do nothing. The only thing that worked reliably was to set the WiFi service to Inactive, then remove it, then restart and set up a new WiFi service. Doing this would turn the WiFi back on temporarily, it would connect to a network and get an IP address and appear to be working....
Chosen Solution I have a well loved SNES and two original controllers with it, both of which have the shielding of the wires pulled out of the controller shell which I assume just pulled out over time and use. My question is, how is the best way to go about covering the wires again? the best solution I could think of is to buy heat shrink tubing and just ad length to the shielding....

Chosen Solution When I try switching on Wi-fi it shows “Turning Wi-Fi on " but it doesn’t turn on. Same is the case when I try opening Bluetooth or switching on Portable Wi-Fi hotspot. I have tried clearing cache partition and even did a factory data reset. I even turned on to safe mode and tried opening wifi but the problem persists. The battery also drains quickly on a full charge I usually get around 6 hrs....
