Also replaced power supply but still won’t turn on. Is it possible the new power supply is bad or is there some other issue that can cause the system to not power on. No lights no sounds? You can always test to see if your power supply is working with a voltmeter if you have one....

An engine DTC reader or diagnostic trouble code reader could be very advantageous to see if there are any registered engine trouble codes that could point you in the right direction....
Chosen Solution Hi first post 2DS XL has been dropped down stairs and with inspection it has sheared the top screen ribbon cable in half and the wifi cable is in 2 bits. This has happened within the hinge area itself. Battery is charged and it reads over 4vdc Press power and blue light comes and goes with very faint flash on botton screen and pop sound.
