The system is unresponsive on battery power alone and the battery reports “Needs Replacement” and shows a constant 15% charge. Chosen Solution my phone started to flicker for no reason while I noticed the battery was red, then it just went off, since then nothing has made the phone turn on, I have left it charging for a while and sometimes I do get the red light reappear with the charging symbol but once that shows after a short while it goes away again, I have tried the calibration and all sort of combinations....

The screen cracked and now the touch screen feature doesn’t work, and i dont know what its called but some metal thingys that I assume is to hold up the screen, came out so the screen now has no support to stand on its own.
