Chosen Solution Hey guys, I replaced the frame + back + screen (lcd + touch) of my girlfriends iPhone 8. Looks like the wifi only see 5Ghz networks and blutooth doesn’t see any devices. Chosen Solution Green light indicates power… I have tried all the key command tricks with no luck. Simple first - try removing the power and battery. Press the power button for 3 seconds (shouldn’t do anything). Then replace the battery and power. If it starts up, you’re good! If not… Try removing the RAM (under the keyboard), and see if it gives you three beeps on startup. If so, try starting with only one stick of RAM, may just be failing due to RAM that’s no longer any good....

Chosen Solution I have an HP ENVY 17-j053ea which has suddenly decided to stop working. I get the charge socket light on but nothing else. I have tried holding the power button down for 30 seconds with no battery or charger connected. No joy. Chosen Solution I have an asus tp550la transformer notebook that has recently had the digitizer replaced. y axis is fine but the x axis is reversed, when you tap from centre to right, it shows you going left! I have replaced the digitizer twice and completely wiped the hard drive to no avail. thanks for reading There are 2 versions of the touch screen for this model. Chosen Solution So I replaced my Screen due to breaking it, when I did this I lost my home button function. By this I mean not just the Touch ID but the function of the home button completely. Further adding to my issue, is the screen turns on and off as though I am touching the home button, leading to depleting the battery rapidly. I replaced the Home Button and the issue is not better, possibly worse....

Chosen Solution I dropped my iphone this morning and the screen/lcd is black and totally unresponsive. Chosen Solution About a month ago about a 2" wide grey semi-transparent vertical bar appeared on the display. After changing the background color to blue, I noticed it has ghosting. Before I tear into it, I wanted to ask the community if you have seen this before? I’m guessing it’s either the flex cable, or the display itself. A $15 flex cable is easy enough to replace. However, if you’ve seen this same issue and it was the display, I’ll probably just sell it as-is on ebay and go ahead (it’s about that time) and move up to a M1 or M2 (will probably go with a mini this time around)....

Chosen Solution Just installed new battery which charges fine and music and video already on 30gb plays fine. tried several usb cables that work fine with other iPod. also plays back when mounted into iHome radio. I cant upgrade or change the content unless I can get it to mount to a computer and itunes. no error codes etc tried reset with hold switch and holding menu and center button. you can hear drive rebooting somewhat noisey and apple logo appears before iPod menu screen appears,?...

Chosen Solution I synced my iPod to a Dell laptop and ever since i cant get it to be reconized by my apple computer. When I plug it in to my Mac it just comes up as a storage device and iTunes dosnt reconize it. I called Apple and they had me reset it a couple of times and still nothing. Chosen Solution After replacing the battery in my 4s, the phone turned back on, I plugged in the power and the phone dinged and showed the lighting bolt up by the battery (it did not do that before the battery replacement), however is not charging. I saw another post suggesting that the doc connector needs to be replaced, prior to the original battery failing, I never had a issues and made sure the dock connector was regularly cleaned....

Chosen Solution I can’t turn my Kindle Fire HD 8.9 on using the on switch. It will turn on when I plug it in to charge it. I can’t turn it off, I need to wait for it to go to sleep. I have this issue as well. I have found that if I squeeze the case next to the button and then press the button it will turn on.
