Chosen Solution I have tried everything to get my son’s XBOX 360S 4GB to take the updates that the XBOX state need to be performed to no avail. I spoken with XBOX on 2 separate occassions to try and correct the error message and still no help. The call center people were a waste of my time. The error code I keep getting is: Can’t process the update. If problem persists, go to XBOX Support Status Code: 3F4B-4099-1780-0700-C000-000E I have downloaded the update onto a DVD and tried to install the update that way and nothing as well as to a jump drive....

Chosen Solution The 5C came to me with a shattered screen. I fixed the screen and it would not turn on. I tested the screen and it works on another 5C. I replaced the battery. The battery works on another 5C. I have tried holding the home button and the power button to reset it. That will not work. I have plugged into the computer. Will not charge. The working 5C worked on the computer....

Once battery is inserted the proper way make sure the camera is charged. my battery is inserted correctly and it’s charged. still not respond from camera. Chosen Solution Just replaced the battery in my Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, but for some reason it’s not turning on. What could be the cause? Will I have to look into replacing the tablet? Was it working before the battery replacement? It could be a bad charging port.

Chosen Solution It seems my WII USB port 0 (the lower one) stopped working. Unfortunately i can’t understand if it’s a mechanical problem (burnt connector cable) or a USB controller chip problem. Anyway, since Wii’s USB ports are used for different purposes, and i don’t need the port 1 while i really need port 0, I thought to somehow flip the USB connections. In this way the Wii will recognize as port 0 the upper port and not the lower....

Chosen Solution I replaced switches on the mouse after they start double clicking/not holding. Then I was disassembling mouse, the front of two screws which holds left button broke, it’s bottom half stuck inside and a hat fall off. Now only one screw holding button down, and it’s causes the mouse button to be out of place, slightly higher then it supposed to. I tried to put a little glue, to hold it in right position, and it worked for a couple of days, but after a several gaming sessions, a glue fall off....

Chosen Solution I can not get my backlight keyboard, camera or bluetooth to work anymore? The keyboard works the light just doesnt come on anymore. All three stopped working at the same time, does anyone know what may be the problem? I would reseat the logic board cable connections, be very careful as these break off the board easily. Chosen Solution 10 year old sont DVD player will only play home burned DVDs, not store bought DVDs, any ideas, ive run lens cleaner disc through it already Hi, I don’t think it’s a pb of decaying sensitivity of the module laser+LED/sensor, because the contrast is usually better on pressed DVDs than on burned ones. I suspect your problem could (?) be a mechanical pb : maybe the TOC (the “catalog” zone of the DVD, near the center) of pressed DVD is closer to the center than the TOC of burned ones, and your head cannot go so for any more, if grease has gathered on its rails, at the 2 extremities of its course....

Chosen Solution Or what would you suggest? I mostly do photo editing with PhotoShop. My system is very slow. Would like 500 GB or larger. Right now running El Capitan but would like to format SSD to Snow Leopard from discs. Is this possible? Would use old HD for backup. Nothing on it I can’t be replaced. Sorry, I’m not very tech-ish. When I take of the chargeer it shutt down Hi, If the phone works with the charger connected but not when on the battery only, then the first thing to do is to replace the battery and check if this resolves the problem. Chosen Solution My Xbox series s keeps turning off at random moments. It can be after an hour of gaming, or literally 2 seconds after I turn it on. I’ve tried plugging it into different outlets, factory resetting, leaving it unplugged for an hour, still no luck. Not sure if I should buy another power cord, but it doesn’t look physically damaged. Not sure what I should do at this point....

Chosen Solution I got my Macbook as a Christmas present this year, used. I noticed that when I close it, it takes about a minute for it to sleep (only because I set it to sleep after a minute of inactivity). Then, when I open it, it doesn’t wake until I press something. I’ve tried doing many things, including “pmset -g assertions” and the only thing preventing it is “com.apple.iohideventsystem.queue.tickle” but it doesn’t say anything like “preventsystemsleep”....

Chosen Solution hi i have a ps4 it was working perfect then i got cranky and pulled the power cord out (not angry at ps4) and a usb charge cable for controller after a while of cooling down i pluged back in and the message comes up cannot start the ps4 connect the dualshock 4 using the usb cable and then press the ps button = done next message says connect a usb storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 4....

Chosen Solution Was working when I put it in a drawer, pulled it back out after maybe a year and it just won’t power on or give an led indicator it is connected to power. Tried the cord I had been using in the past to charge it and nothing, cord is fine. This was a replacement phone I had used for less than a year, it was stored with the battery installed, no leaks, water damage or drops and has lived in a otterbox since day 1....

Chosen Solution So, my screen has this yellowish tint (very yellow) when it is on pc mode (i use this as my monitor for my computer). To note, if i switch it to other mode, it works fine (no yellow tint). BUT i tried using other monitors just to see if the problem is actually on my graphic driver, and the colors were actually just fine. Can someone actually help me, what is the problem?...

I figured out that I have to fiddle with the switch a little bit in order for it to turn on but it still won’t turn on perfectly. What do I do? Chosen Solution I dont understand whats happening to my laptop, the small light in the front wont turn on and i cant turn my laptop on at all! Have you tried reseating the battery and then plugging in a.c. power supply before trying to power on?
