Chosen Solution Recently my laptop has stopped playing CDs or DVDs that I insert into the cd drive and auto play isn’t working either. When I looked in My Computer I can no longer see CD-RW drive, what happened? If it’s missing from the computer, either the drivers or missing or there is a loose/lack of connection between the device and the computer. You could try reinstalling drivers from the toshiba site for the dvd drive; however, if that doesn’t work, verify that the drive has been properly inserted into the laptop and secured via it’s screw....

Chosen Solution Whenever I go to download a app it says memory full and that I have to delete other apps but whenever I check memory in the SD card it says I have room to download apps is something wrong with my SD card or my phone? Hi @bgranger , By default, Android downloads to the phone’s internal memory. You may be able to move the app to the SD card once it has been installed in the phone by going to Settings > Apps swipe to Downloaded then scroll down to find the app....

Chosen Solution Greetings, I am using IOS 6.1.3, and after changing the battery, my WIFI will not connect. I have reset the network settings and fixed the clock to get my service back, but when attempting to connect to WIFI, it almost immediately says “incorrect password”. It’s like it doesn’t even ask the router if it’s correct. However, when I disable router security, the phone connects. I am not sure what’s going on....

Chosen Solution I replaced the wifi antenna, checked the wifi was working before putting the front back on. It was perfect. I put the front on, screwed it in, wifi quit working. Took the screen off and tried again, worked. Put screen on, quit working. Repeat 3 times with same results. What do I need to fix/ check on now? By seeing that history that symptoms was from board band or WI-FI chip dry soldered....

Chosen Solution I am an iPhone reseller that is willing to start refurbishing iPhones devices for faster sales, I came across some automatic polishing machine that remove scratches from phone lcd, I want to seek opinion of tech experts about this, Does this machine really help in cleaning screen to make it look new ? Depends upon the starting condition of the screen. If the scratches are too deep (as a guideline, if it can be caught by dragging your fingernail across the screen), polishing may lessen, but will not eliminate them....

Chosen Solution I have a 2 year old iPhone SE which until recently has functioned flawlessly. A few days ago I plugged it in to a USB port on a London bus at around 80% charge and noticed that it wasn’t charging, and didn’t recongnise that it was plugged in. I tried to charge it later from a normal mains socket and it still wouldn’t charge, but the phone continued to function until the battery died at the end of the day....

Chosen Solution A month ago my 1 year old and 3 year old were left alone with my Playstation 3 and they had my 1 year old had my RDR disk in his hand… which was in the drive and they were in the process of trying to shove a coaster in. It was a fat coaster so it wasn’t working but I don’t know If they shoved anything else in there or tried to push the disk in as it was trying to eject it or what....

Chosen Solution I cannot seem to get my phone to pair with the speaker! I know that the bluetooth on my phone is on. Does anybody know if there is something else I need to do in order for them to pair. First, make sure your Bluetooth is turned on for both the Braven BRV-HD speaker and for the external device. It is also important to make sure that no other device is already paired with the speaker....

Chosen Solution Everytime I put in a new disc it sounds like there is something in the optical drive or possibly another disc as my toddler loves to help out! Sounds like a grinding noise while trying to read but only senses the disc that had just been put in. Also is it worth trying to repair the drive or just replace it and transfer the motherboard? Chosen Solution Mine washes but will not go into the rinse cycle. It is a Maytag Atlantis. So I have tried several times to turn it manually to the rinse cycle but it is full of soapy water and just agitates all the way through the rinse and spin cycles. You can open the lid during the wash cycle but also the whole top of the washer was loose when we bought it used....

Chosen Solution Today during class I accidentally dropped my Chromebook flat on its screen while trying to show one of my peers our project. I picked it up instantly and examined it. I think it looked perfectly good until when I tried touching the screen, I noticed it would not respond to my touch. I took out the stylist and it worked perfectly fine. Further more, I somehow accidentally disabled the touch pad....

Chosen Solution My Bluetooth wont let me turn it on and only shows the gray swirling circle but no turn on or off switch. Just had a new screen put on today. Sounds like a soft-reset is in order. Hold down your Power button, and your Home button, until the iPhone resets itself. This can happen when the screen is replace while the iPhone is still on.
