Chosen Solution After replacing the charge port I cannot connect the ribbon cable which leads from the charge port to the motherboard. For some reason it keeps popping out and it is driving me insane. Can you help me? Iphone connectors can be finicky. Go slowly and try repositioning before pushing gently with your spudger. If that doesn’t work, look at the connector pins inside the connector / on the other side of the connection....
Chosen Solution After replacing the screen, I had a couple of pieces left over. Once I figured out where to put these pieces, the section for wifi continuously says “searching”. The wifi was working prior to screen replacement. Any ideas on how I can fix this? So to settings general then reset and reset network settings then after this try to connect to wifi again. Hi, I don’t think that the warranty will be honored by Lenovo anymore after the laptop got wet anyway unless you have Lenovo accidental damage protection as suggested by @george441. Chosen Solution Hello there, while I replaced the potentiometers on my XBOX 360 controllers (wireless), I made a mistake by heating it up too much. It looks like the wire lane connecting the pin with some part of the board is messed up. Now the X-Axis on my right stick isn’t working anymore. I tried replacing it with another potentiometer but got the same result. Looks like I destroyed the connection of one of the pins....

Make sure the battery is inside of the camera, if the battery is not inside, please insert the battery into the battery slot. I can hear notifications and what not and when I go into settings and volume, you know how you can hear an example of how loud it is? I can hear anything for media. I have the same problem after I dropped a small distance about 6 inches....

Could you please help me out with this? Are you asking why ifixit doesn’t sell the parts or if the manufacturer doesn’t sell the parts? Chosen Solution First time repairing a phone. Managed to undo the ‘*’ and ‘x’ screws really easily, but the Y screws just will not budge! Only managed to get one of them out easily. The others ended up stripping them but got them out using the rubber band trick, and a lot of pressure. However, I need to remove the screws where the home button is, and I don’t want to apply a lot of pressure as I fear breaking something....

The phone DOES turn on, and if I swipe up on the blank screen I can first feel/hear the vibration response, and if I start touching the lower area I get the beeps from the pin code keypad that loaded, I just can’t see anything. Unsurprisingly, this caused physical damage to my ac adapter (charger). I was prompted to believe that it was a faulty charger. bought a aftermarket charger that fit and used that until I came across the same issue. Believing that maybe because it was aftermarket, and not genuine replica or genuine ac adapter I purchased a genuine ac adapter only to come across the same issue....
Chosen Solution I was playing a card game for like 20 minutes without turning it off. The battery was losing power and then at 20% my phone just turned off. It won’t turn back on again please help.
