Chosen Solution TL;DR: Noob needs to stock flash a device that won’t boot into OS. How is that possible if guides steps tell you to enable the “Developer options” and “OEM unlocking” on a working phone? Fault: Powers on, shows the orange Lenovo splash screen, then it’s just blank. I can access the bootloader and recovery. I’ve asked this over at XDA and a subreddit with surprisingly with no response. There was also another person with what seemed to be the same issue, no reply....

Chosen Solution my iphone 4s logic board have missing small chip (U18_RF) so the phone will turn on ? That is voltage regulation to the baseband. I would be surprised if it will boot without it. I don’t know that you’ve given the correct information to get a good answer from us. What were you doing when you damaged that component? I somewhat doubt that is the only thing damaged… Why is that component missing?...

Chosen Solution I just bought a refurbished Dell OptiPlex 760 with Windows 7. Windows update doesn’t work and any attempts to use Microsoft utilities to repair it don’t work. No error codes just endless waiting for for results but nothing happens. Have you tried the MS Update readiness tool? Looks like it was designed for the problem you’re describing…assuming it’s not a firewall or connection issue. Scroll to the bottom and download the appropriate version for your OS....

You need to press the Volume Down + Power keys (both together) to get into the Recovery mode. Also if the phone has a Google Account you will need to know the User ID and password for the account to access the phone after it has been reset....

Chosen Solution My Roomba stops immediately and plays the 4 note tune. It doesn’t say anything. It goes “da da da do”, where the last note is the lowest. No voice error. Does this mean a dead battery? My battery is 3 years old. The best I can tell it flashes one quick flash, then 6 slower ones. UPDATE: It was the battery. I replaced the battery and off it went....

Chosen Solution So my xbox one works , except for the front panel , I can use it with the controller to power on + eject. Initially when I connected the cable the first few times the power and eject buttons functions were reversed. After taking the xbox’s housing off and reseating the cable , the buttons worked fine for one power up and now they don’t work at all. Pressing down on the connector on the front board makes the xbox one both power up and eject the disc....

Chosen Solution I plugged my screen into my keyboard, but the keyboard isn’t responding to anything. What can I do to get it to work again? The Surface Book has 2 batteries and the keyboard is removed by pressing the eject button on the keyboard. The eject function uses a muscle wire to release the catches, if the battery is below 15% the eject function will not work. Surface Pro 3 and Pro 4 keyboard are just pulled off, no eject needed....

Chosen Solution my tablet would only charge with an asus charger for a pc but that one recently broke and would only flicker on for a second with an old samsung charger with a wobbly usb. it wont charge with anything else, what do you suggest i do? Charger port is most likely damaged and needs to be replaced.
