Chosen Solution im desperate at this point… my 6 plus had a cracked screen which was on iOS 11.4, I replaced the screen with a new one and nothing no power no display… replaced the battery, nothing. I was finally able to get it into dfu mode and update to iOS 12. STILL NOTHING no screen display, checked backlight with a light and not showing a picture. it is up on iTunes it will show the percentage the battery is at and its recognized but I cannot see anything going on with the phone....

Chosen Solution Trying to replace the screen on my iPhone 8. I’m at the part where you have to remove the large metal shield/backing plate attached to the back of the screen. This needs to be removed and put on the new screen assembly. It also needs to be removed to get access to the home button. I’ve managed to remove three of the Y000 screws securing it. But none of the others even look like loosening....

Chosen Solution My charger got wet (gatorade all over it) and i thought that i had dried it before i charged my phone with it. It charged about 20% then it stopped charging, and now my phone wont charge at all, with any charger. What do I do??? Chances are your wet charger has damaged your phone’s battery. If that is the case then you need a new battery. The only other solution would be to use direct power while you use your phone, meaning that you will have to be at home or some building to use your phone while it’s plugged in....

Chosen Solution When i changed sim cards in my samsung galaxy note 2 it will not read any sim card now, what would make it do that With some now older Samsung devices, the SIM card trays are easy to break. Also, try resetting your “network settings” first. That may clear out any wierd network SIM issues you are having.

Chosen Solution I’ve connected the battery charger to the tablet and nothing happens, white light that indicates chaging does not come on the tablet. When I connect the charging cable to the travel keyboard connector the light comes on indicating that it is charging. How can I get the tablet to charge? Check to see if the light on the power supply goes out when you plug it into the tablet....

Chosen Solution After replacing my z3 screen , back camera front camera and flash not working anymore.. Also flashlight toggle disappeared from home screen .. I think problem is related to flashlight . When I connect my back camera the phone heats up and battery drains by 1 % every 2 minutes ..But when back camera is removed battery drains by 1 % every 2 hours .. I tried every thing from factory reset , repairing through sony pc companion , tried other camera apps , changed camera sensor etc ....

Chosen Solution ok my tablet quit working I have pushed the restart on the back and it still wont work I’ve had this same issue happen with “off brand” tablets such as RCA etc. They are cheap and as such dont usually last long. Most of the tablets have very poor batteries, so most likely it’s the battery that needs to be replaced. It’s up to you whether you feel it’s worth repairing....

Chosen Solution I am at home on my internet, but when I go to my networks it says “no connections available,” even though I obviously have connections available. When I try to get on a network somewhere else I cannot get on and it shows still “no connections available” so I cannot use my laptop anywhere but at home. This happens even with my phone hotspot. Check your WiFi settings you may have locked it to your home Router....

Chosen Solution The reason this device is under the chroma version is simply the pro version does not exist on the device list. But i have had quite a time with this headphone. It has 5 wires, a white, copper, green, blue, and red. The copper wire seems to surround the white wire so i supposed it was the ground, so I connected it to the ground. The green wire seemed to be the left earphone so I soldered it, and the red wire seemed to be the right earphone so i soldered it....

Chosen Solution when you drive in town it dies all the time when I am on the highway its like it has 3 spark plug and not 4 So it sounds like it has a rough idle, poor performance and power loss. The first things I would be looking at it, how old are the spark plugs, wiring, fuel filter etc. Your error can be pretty complex, so you have to start somewhere....

Chosen Solution Hi, I wonder if anyone can help, i’m trying to add a SSD to my X550CC Laptop. After fresh installing windows into it, it wont show as bootable in the bios. I’ve updated the bios, redone the usb with windows on, disabled secure boot and everything else i can find online. Does anyone have any suggestions? Chosen Solution I can now only wake it up by plugging it in to charge from a backup battery or wall plug. When I do that the phone works fine. It used to wake it up using the volume on/ off/ vibrate button. This stopped working when I changed the alarm sound my wake up alarm in the phone alarm. I am running IOPS 7.1.2. The Home and on/ off buttons no longer work so I can not hold them both down simultaneously....

Chosen Solution I’m getting some green flashing when I try to charge it but the camera doesn’t want to turn on. It is possible it a small flex circuit that connects the power button module to the main circuit board is not connected correctly internally. If that is the case, it will need to be opened and the small flex circuit cable reset into its connector. If your camera is under warranty have it repaired through your dealer....

Chosen Solution I recently got a supersonic 10.1 sc1022kb 32gb tablet pc with windows 10 from Independece University & it wont turn on even after i fully charged it! Please help! There should be a sticker on the back of the tablet that has the # for their IT Help line. I am using the same tablet from IU right now and it works fine. Since you are enrolled in IU you should be able to go to the Canvas student page and it will also give you the number....

Chosen Solution Hi! My HP won’t connect to WiFi within my home. When it does connect, after continuous turning off and on, it only connects momentarily then quickly ddisconnects. The wifi works with all other devices. Replaced router and cords. Any help would be appreciated! Update (05/25/2018) @pcccheese I got the internet to work! But it won’t allow me to connect to my printer. I’ve updated the driver. It says ’ driver not available....
