Chosen Solution 2009 21.5 iMac. After a very brief power fluctuation (sudden power loss , 3 second outage and the power came back) I attempted to turn my iMac back on. The iMac will chime, the Apple logo will appear and the progress bar will go across the screen until the veery end and then the computer will just stop. I have reset the PRAM and was able to boot into the disk utility and perform a a disk repair....
Chosen Solution This tablet is not charging. -when i plug in charger it can comunicate with PC -when i test it with multimeter it shows 4.35V connected to PC , 4.55V connected to WALL. ( on battery it says input : 4.35V) -i tried to change battery and same thing -when battery is charged , phone works but battery % are droping and than it turn off…when i try it with charger plugged inm than it is dropping even faster -i tried to leave it charging for hours and nothing changed… -sometims i can turn on tablet and it shows battery is charged to some %, but it starts to drop really fast again -i tried hard reset -charging port looks in perfect condition, and when multimeter shows it is ok i dont think if i replace it, anything will change -of course i tried multiple cables -when it is plugged in and i want to turn it on, it just show battery lvl for second and turn off… i need to plug it off to turn it on...
Chosen Solution The wrist velcro straps on my Patagonia Shell are failing. Granted, my jacket is ~12 years old! The velcro fastener part still works fine, but the surface material is disintegrating and smears black goo all over my hands when it gets wet. It’s icky and gross. Should I bother returning it to Patagonia for them to repair or try fixing it myself? I’d take it into a fabrics store and find the oldest lady in the place....

You could also have the flash settings set to “off” or “auto.” Go to settings on your camera, and make sure that the flash is put on “on.” If neither of those work, you may need to replace the flash because it’s broken....
Chosen Solution Ok, so when I start my PC up, it will display half of the screen with glitchy static boxes, and the other half is just black. Then I hear eight beeps, and sometimes the screen will get brighter or just remain the same. I tried holding F8, Function, holding and/or repeatedly pressing D, as well as draining the battery. Chosen Solution My ps3 controller battery went dead then my charger broke and then my controller dropped then i got a new charger and now the controller wont turn on How can i fix this ? You need original Sony USB cable that came with the console. Others might be too weak/feeble to get needed power to controller. If cable is working with some other controller, it doesn’t mean it works for Sony....

You can try giving it a little whack/tap with the palm of your hand or a rubber mallet a few times (not too hard), turning it on its side a few times, unplugging the unit and plugging it back in again. Chosen Solution I have tried plugging my tablet into different outlets and chargers but the tablet does not want to charge. Vizio has made the tablet in a way that only accepts charge through the cable included with the tablet. Try to to find the original cable and see if the tablet charges. If it still does not charge you may need to either replace the batteryor charging port.

Chosen Solution i was using my tablet earlier today and then when i just got home it would not start up, ive had it plugged in for a while and all it does is give a little vibrate about every five or so seconds It sounds like there is a short in the tablet and because it’s plugged in when it shuts off it just restarts (and vibrates when it starts) most likely it is dead and time to get a new one…....

She set it up and everything seems to work normally, except when she restarts the phone it boots to a setup screen, asking her to sign back into iCloud and even select a backup. Chosen Solution Hello, First, my screen was black with a flashlight showing the computer was on. I determined the back light fuse was blown. When I tried to desolder it, I shorted to nearby component. The motherboard was not unplugged from battery. Now, absolutely nothing happens when I press the power button. I have been through all the options, set WLAN wakeup to enable, however i cannot find where i tick the ‘Days’ boxes and set wake up time. It really is not there/available. Now my issue is that the CD/DVD tray will not open/close or read any discs even if i manually open the tray and insert a game disc....

Chosen Solution I ordered the replacement battery from iFixIt and followed the steps exactly. My MacBook won’t turn on and the light on the charger won’t turn on either. I replaced the battery because the old one overheated and swelled. The MacBook worked for several weeks with the swollen battery but then it wouldn’t turn on at all, which made me get the replacement battery. HELP! First try resetting the power management....
